I acknowledge that the shooting and tactical training activities conducted by 4 Bar F LLC at Range 2131 take place on property owned by family members of 4 Bar F LLC and that 4 Bar F LLC leases and operates their business on this property. Situated in the County of Maricopa, State of Arizona, Range 2131 encompasses various parcels of land.

I understand and agree that by participating in these activities, I release both the property owners (family members of 4 Bar F LLC) and 4 Bar F LLC from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during my participation, whether caused by the negligence of 4 Bar F LLC, the property owners, or otherwise. I understand that these activities include risks such as bodily injury, property damage, or death. By engaging in shooting activities at Range 2131, I voluntarily waive any future claims against Range 2131 and affirmatively agree not to hold Range 2131 accountable for any damages or injuries that may arise from my participation.

I fully acknowledge and accept the risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or death. Furthermore, I commit to adhering to all safety protocols and regulations set forth by the staff or Owners of Range 2131.

I understand that if I am alone on the range, I am solely responsible for ensuring my own safety and acting as my own Range Safety Officer (RSO). Failure to comply with safety rules or instructions will result in immediate dismissal from the premises.

In case of an emergency, I agree to provide accurate contact information as follows:

I hereby release Four Bar F LLC, its owners, employees, and instructors from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during my participation in activities at Range 2131.

I acknowledge and consent to the taking of photographs or videos of me during my time at Range 2131. I understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and advertising/marketing videos.

I have read and understand the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability, and I sign it voluntarily.
