Welcome Letter / Important information for your course.
THE FIRST THING YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN ARRIVING ON THE RANGE: Please keep all firearms in their cases or holsters until we are on the firing line. For everyone’s safety, we will commit to NOT handling guns for any reason unless on the firing line.
FACILITIES: Range 21:31 is a rustic range without potable water. The Porta-Potties are cleaned regularly, but there are no other facilities nearby.
WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING :
- Comfortable closed-toe shoes, hiking shoes, or sneakers.
- Comfortable shirt with a closed collar. (no V-neck or tank top)
- Ball cap, hat with a visor or brim,
- Sunscreen, water, snacks
- Eye and Ear protection
- Meds, if needed
- Tent
- Weather-Appropriate Gear
- Camping gear
FIREARMS/HOLSTER/BELT
- Pistol with two to three magazines
- Rifle with two to three magazines (w/Quality Sling)
AMMO
- Pistol-300+ rounds of FMJ
- Rifle- 300+ rounds of FMJ (No Green Tip or Steel Core)
MAP to Range 2131 (The listed address is 29840 W Patterson, but look for 29809 W Patterson and use that right-hand turn onto S Bruner Rd and follow the signs.)
Directions:
AZ-85 Southbound
Head toward W Broadway Rd
Take the 138 exit toward Lewis Prison Rd/Patterson Rd
Turn right onto Lewis Prison Rd
Turn left onto W Patterson Rd (quick left, looks like a frontage road)
Turn right onto S Bruner Rd (there is a sign that says Global Organics Private Property)
Keep going and follow the signs.
